I don’t fit my clients in a specific mold. We look at your goals together and your reasons for wanting to reach them. Then I come up with a plan to get you there.

We interact throughout the entire process to address any issues that arise or to make any adjustments needed. You don’t just get a program that you have to implement on your own. You get someone that cares about you and will find a way to help you get the results you want.

It took me a little while to figure out what I was supposed to do with my life. I tried all kinds of things looking for a path that would be fulfilling. I even spent some time in a Japanese monastery to see if living as a monk was right for me. Sooner or later, every path I went down led to a dead end save one…

Helping people become the best versions of themselves has given me so much joy and passion that I still feel as good doing it as I did 10 years ago when I first started.

I absolutely love helping people. All kinds of people. I’ve trained kids as young as 9, elite high school athletes, their parents who have spent the past 20 years behind a desk, and the elderly that don’t want to worry about falling anymore. Many of my clients have old injuries or limitations that need a personalized approach tailored to them and that’s exactly what I provide.

When you work with me, you get all my years of experience and training along with my intense passion for helping others. Most of my clients stay with me for years. Many have even come back after taking a break because they missed the accountability and support that I provide.

I’m not looking for hundreds of clients so I can put some statistic on my website. I want to work with individuals committed to changing their lives and looking for someone that truly cares about them to help them get there.
